Vegetables

All vegetables are either dehydrated or freeze dried. (Fd). The food is packed in gallon size cans for long term storage of 7-15 years. it is best to order in quantities of 6, 12, 18, etc...cans because they are packed in cases of 6. You can mix and match the cans. To rehydrate the food, just add wate . You can use the vegetables just like you would in regular meals calling for that item.
